Funciones EUR PiD Program will offer new entrance employment. Each candidate will be assigned a Mentor from the Functional Area. Participants will be assigned with a wicked challenge when starting their Specialty Path with a final project presentation to EUR Sr. Management at the end of Program PiD cohort identity & sense of belonging will be curated through 4 one-week bootcamps in Madrid to develop knowledge about CEMEX key topics (H&S, CX Digital Transformation, CEx, financials, staff areas, Agile, Design Thinking, human & leadership skills development ) The program will include 4 months onboarding program around the main operational areas and 7 months with an specialty Materials West Path.

Específicos Recent university graduates up to 2 years of experience in Technical Engineering. Innovative, passionate about sustainability & circular economy Whith business Development and analytical capabilities. Individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, potential, ambition, a results- driven mindset, and some form of leadership experience either inside or outside of university Fluency in English & in the Spanish where participant will be located after program is done. Willingness to travel and flexibility to relocate Driving license
